I am within_a_dream on AO3, and you can read my previous letters here if you want to see some of my previous exchange requests! I have requested both fic and art for all fandoms. • Anthony Bridgerton/Daphne Bridgerton – Anthony’s protectiveness of Daphne was very good for m y incest-shipping heart. For this ship I’m totally down for one-sided/un-acted-on Anthony→Daphne as well as a two-sided ship. Anthony shooting down every suitor Daphne has and not admitting to himself that it’s because he wants Daphne all to himself? Anthony and Daphne doing everything but PIV as a way to preserve her virginity? Dubcon where Daphne doesn’t realize that what she and her brother are doing together counts as sex?


• Simon Basset/Anthony Bridgerton/Daphne Bridgerton - All of the Anthony/Daphne above still goes. I’m especially interested in how the threesome comes together. Which one of them proposes it? Maybe while Simon and Daphne are estranged, she seeks comfort in Anthony’s arms, and things get less-than-platonic. Maybe Simon and Anthony had a relationship prior to the marriage, and Daphne catches on and proposes that Anthony join them in bed. Maybe Anthony comes for a visit and ends up lurking outside of the bedroom (or the library, or the garden, or…) while Daphne and Simon bang, and that leads to a threesome. Perhaps Anthony gets Daphne pregnant as a compromise to Simon’s oath not to carry on his family line.


• Daphne Bridgerton/Eloise Bridgerton – My first thought here is Daphne explaining sex to Eloise so that Eloise doesn’t end up in the same situation she was in, and then things escalate into some hands-on demonstrations. Or perhaps Eloise corners Daphne after she gets pregnant and demands to know how it happened. The two making out/having sex pre-marriage would also be great! (There’s some great angst potential if you factor a Daphne/Eloise relationship into Daphne’s desire for and Eloise’s fear of marriage too!)

Doctrine of Labyrinths – Sarah Monette

• Mildmay Foxe/Felix Harrowgate – I love these two anywhere on the spectrum from fully consensual to fuck-or-die (although I’d prefer no Felix raping Mildmay of his own volition or vice versa). The obligation d’ame is very fertile grounds for some soulbond-sex, I’d love to see sex while they’re bonded. I am also especially into post-canon-set works – I love the way we see their relationship grow through the books, and how much better of a place they’re in by the end of the books (of course, since it’s Felix and Mildmay, they’re both still kinda fucked up). I also love the ghost elements of the book, and would love to see the two of them facing down more ghosts together!

MCU

• Yelena Belova/Natasha Romanov – I didn’t see Black Widow until after noms, and I’m so glad someone put Black Widow noms in! I’m not familiar with comics, but feel free to include comic details as long as they don’t contradict canon. Keeping or undoing Natasha’s death are both good. I just love the weird sibling relationship between these two, and how Yelena is much more invested in the family relationship at first than Natasha is. I also really love the two of them learning how to live as normal people post-Widowhood, especially Yelena learning to make decisions for herself. Fightsex or fights turning into makeouts are very good, as are the two of them patching up each other’s injuries.

Thank you for writing or drawing for me! I am very excited for this exchange. I have some genre preferences in my likes, but go wild with where you want to set things. I’m not a huge fan of sci-fi set in space (as opposed to on a planet), and I don’t want modern settings (aside from where specifically requested) but other than that I enjoy everything. Please feel free to go as deep as you want into worldbuilding, or to dump us right into the action and not worldbuild at all, or anything in between. • I really want post-canon fic about Boyce and Rosenfeld’s lives after the war, especially something where they end up living together (platonically or romantically). Feel free to include Tibbet in this post-canon world! I am especially into stories where one or more of them end up with serious injuries from the war (missing limbs? Debilitating PTSD?)

• Baldric: This man has certainly led an interesting life! He seems like kind of a failure - his marriage, the livestock theft, the ill-fated trip to the north - and I'd love to see something showing how he or his family/friends feel about those things. I'm also really interested to see what he thinks of the Interviewer, and the Interviewer's strange devices. Oh, and I love stories that take historical characters into the present-day, so if you want to send him back to modern times with the Interviewer and have him explore modern England, I would love that.


• Crawa and Dunne: This is Baldric's wife (ex-wife now?) and her sister. We hear so little about them, but I couldn't resist requesting them. With the story Baldric gives, about how he was meant to marry one of them and ended up with the other, I really want to know how the sisters felt about that. And how Dunne felt about the death of her sister! And listen, I realize there's next to nothing to build on here, but I'm always up for incest shipping

Nile helping Quynh learn how modern technology works and to adjust to life above water in general. • Dex Parios/Original Female Character – I just want to see one of Dex’s girlfriends through the years. I’m imagining pre-canon, but during or post-canon is also great! Dex having grief-filled hookups immediately after getting discharged is also great fun. Or just some casual sex or a deeper thing with any OFC you fancy!


• Liz Melero/Dex Parios – I was so hoping we’d get these two actually having feelings for each other in canon, but that’s what fanworks are for! Dex and Liz falling for each other is just so delightfully angsty with Grey in the picture, and infidelity with them sneaking around would be great. AUs where Liz ends up together with Dex instead of Grey would also be really fun! And if you’re into dubcon or noncon, I’d love to see something where their night together at the casino ended in more than just sharing a bed.


• Sue Lynn Blackbird/Dex Parios – I love their dynamic in canon, and I would so love for that dynamic to turn romantic and/or sexual. The one scenario that I keep thinking about is that one of the nights Dex is at the casino drinking herself silly and losing all of her money, when Sue Lynn goes to cut her off Dex ends up apologizing for Benny’s death and asking Sue Lynn to punish her, with a bit or more than a bit of sexual innuendo. And then, to her shock, Sue Lynn takes her up on it. Grief-based relationships are also very great. I love the age gap if you want to utilize it in your work.


• Naomi Blackbird/Dex Parios – I love the shared past and animosity with Benny they have, and I would love to see their time working together in canon grow into something romantic and/or sexual. Sue Lynn pushing them to work together makes for a very fun dynamic, and I’d love to see the two of them work more cases together. This is a great ship for hatesex as well. And you are welcome to lean heavily on grief for any fill!

The Will Darling Adventures – KJ Charles

Ships

• Phoebe Stephens-Prince/Maisie Jones – I am so in love with these two, and I dearly hope we get them together in canon and perhaps a spin-off novel. And plenty of fanworks! I am very into Maisie assuming Phoebe is straight and that her pining will be forever unrequited, only to have Phoebe casually mention an ex-girlfriend (perhaps during her campaign to make sure Maisie is all right with queer people during book 2). Phoebe and Maisie bonding over clothes design is also delightful. Maisie designing dresses for Phoebe, or perhaps lingerie for Phoebe, and perhaps getting jealous of the men who will see Phoebe in them/take them off of Phoebe. Maisie and Phoebe dealing with the aftermath of book 2 would also be very great! Phoebe is going to have a very bad time, and Maisie didn’t get off super easily either; they’re going to have a lot to deal with. I’d also love to see Will being oblivious to the relationship/thinking Maisie and Phoebe are just close friends until they have to tell him explicitly they’re in a relationship – he seems like the type who could be a bit oblivious.

I’m requesting fic and art for all canons, fanvids for all of my visual fandoms, as well as various other media. For all canons, I’m requesting any length of fic. One 10k fic is great, many smaller fics are also great! The same goes for art – one long comic is great, as are many small doodles, or anything in between. I’ve tried to give prompts suitable to both ends of the spectrum, but if you want more detail on anything, please feel free to ask through the mods!

Characters/Ships

• Amanda Frisby & Guy Frisby (Band Sinister) – I love these siblings so much!!! I would love to see more of their time together pre-canon, or how their relationship might change (or not) post-canon. I love how protective and supportive Guy is of Amanda and would love to see the two of the m talking about her novel as she’s writing it and pitching it to publishers. Would also love to see the two of them get to know each other’s SOs more after the events of the novel, or getting to spend time outside of Yarlcote. Or perhaps the two of them writing to each other post-canon now that they’re spending more time apart than they probably ever have before.


• Amanda Frisby & Lord Corvin (Band Sinister) - I just want to see these two interact more, they seem like they would get along like a house on fire and Corvin would be a valuable resource for Amanda’s writing (although I’m sure many of his stories would be far too scandalous to be written into her novels unedited). I would really love to see Corvin serve as Amanda’s introduction to the wider world after she’s spent most of her life trapped in her home, possibly to Guy’s dismay. And I so want to see more of Corvin and Amanda talking about her first novel!


• Amanda Frisby & The Murder (Band Sinister) - The glimpses we got of Amanda’s interactions with everyone in the book were so much fun, and I want to see more of her interacting with anyone or everyone! John giving her art lessons, Corvin talking to her about her writing, talking science with Harry and Sheridan...I’d love to see how the other characters’ relationships with Amanda change over time, too – when do they get comfortable enough around her to make dirty jokes, for example? How long does it take for Amanda to feel entirely at home among them?


• Amanda Frisby/David Martelo (Band Sinister) - I want to see more of their married life! Amanda bouncing plot troubles off of David and borrowing him to work out if an action she wants to describe is physically plausible, David coming home from an exhausting day at work and Amanda comforting him, Amanda getting used to the freedom of being away from Yarlcote for the first time since her season. And I am very interested in Amanda’s conversion to Judaism, and would love to see more about that, or just about her and David celebrating holidays together or something similar.


• Lord Corvin/Guy Frisby/John Raven/Philip Rookwood (The Murder) - I would love to see their first few weeks/months/whatever post-book learning how they fit together. I’m totally down for fluff, but also for a bit of angst with Guy feeling insecure about his place in such a long-running relationship, Corvin and/or John feeling insecure about Philip being enthralled enough with his new beau that he leaves them behind, Philip worrying about balancing his relationships with the other three, etc. Porn-wise I would so love to see their first time having sex all together, especially if it’s Guy who initiates the foursome. I also so want to see Guy’s horizons being broadened, in all senses! I’d love to see him getting to experience more of England or possibly going abroad, and also getting to try new thigns sexually. Also – any of the characters giving Guy erotic literature! He deserves better than surreptitiously gathered unexpurgated Latin texts.

Corvin, John, and/or Philip keeping up with each other or other members of the Murder? Amanda and Guy writing to each other now that they don’t live together anymore, or Amanda and Corvin corresponding over her latest novel? Amanda writing to other authors? (If you’ve read Wanted, a Gentleman, a crossover where Amanda and Theodore Swann end up corresponding would be very fun!) One thing I like about historical epistolary fic with queer ships is watching how the characters write around or allude to their relationships without flat-out committing them to paper (or perhaps some of these characters would not care and would full-on sext each other by post!)

• Ayasha January/Benjamin January/Rose Vitrac January (Benjamin January) – AU where Ayasha survives and both she and Ben return to New Orleans together? Ayasha somehow comes back to life? Rose ends up in Paris? Go with whatever setup you’d like to bring these three together, I would just so love to see this triad be a thing. I’ve been thinking for a while about an AU that steals the premise from Blithe Spirit, where Ben and Rose hire a medium for a séance as part of an investigation but whoops, turns out the medium is legit and now Ben’s first wife is hanging around as a ghost. (Presumably it would go a lot better than in the original play, Ayasha doesn’t seem like the type to want to break up Ben’s new marriage)


• Ayasha January/Rose Vitrac January (Benjamin January) – my first thought here is an AU where Ayasha is the one who survives the cholera epidemic in place of Ben, and travels back to New Orleans perhaps as an attempt to feel closer to him. But you could use any setup you’d like! I feel like both Ayasha and Rose have a lot in common, both having rebelled against what their family wanted of them and both being very skilled in their chosen fields. I just want to see anything with them interacting/in love!


• Benjamin January/Rose Vitrac January/Hannibal Sefton (Benjamin January) - I love the friendship dynamic of these three in the books, and I’d love anything that expands that dynamic to a romantic relationship. I’d love to see how the three of them ended up as a triad, or any events of the books reexamined from a shippy perspective. I’d also love to see them doing science or making music or solving mysteries together, or hurt/comfort (either stemming from one of the times any of them is injured or traumatized in the books, or an original incident). Id Pro Quo made me want a "character/s travel to the Underworld to save their loved one" fic where Hannibal dies and Ben and/or Rose have to go and save him in an Orpheus-and-Eurydice-style rescue, if you want to run with that!


• Chloë Viellard/Dominique Viellard (Benjamin January) - I’d love a first time fic, showing how these two came to like each other or love each other (or their first kiss or first time having sex). I also headcanon Minou as very into ridiculous sexy roleplay, and I’d love to see her trying to talk Chloë into joining her in this. I’d also love to see the two of them interacting with Charmian.


• Olympe Corbier & Benjamin January (Benjamin January) – Please give me all the sibling interactions! I am very interested in seeing more of these two prior to Ben leaving for France, and/or how their relationship changed when Ben returned. I would also love to see Olympe helping with an investigation (her connections in the voodoo community are the obvious route to take there, but you can go with anything!) I also really enjoy seeing Ben interacting with Olympe’s religion, and would love to see something along those lines.


• Olympe Corbier & Benjamin January & Dominique Viellard (Benjamin January) – I just really want to see all three of the January siblings interacting! I’m not sure we see much in canon of how close Minou and Olympe were pre-canon, and of course Ben barely knew Minou, so I’d love to see all three of them together once Ben returns to New Orleans, gradually getting to (re-)know each other. And perhaps solving mysteries together! Minou and Olympe both have skill sets and connections that could come in very handy for Ben (and have on different occasions in the books) and I would love to see a case that brings all three of them to work together.

• Medium Opt-In: Recipe Book – I saw this and immediately thought of what sorts of recipes all of the characters would have, and what notes they might leave on a recipe book. Perhaps it starts as a gift from Gabriel and all the members of the ship comment on and modify their favorite recipes. Historical recipes are really fun, but don’t feel like you have to do a ton of research for this if you don’t want to!

• Archie Curtis/Daniel da Silva (England Series) - I love everything about their dynamic in the book: their differing skillsets, Daniel’s experience/Archie’s inexperience with sex, and the potential for a future doing espionage together. I would love something set post-canon with them working together if you are inclined to write/draw some spying. I would also love a look into the quieter moments of their post-book life, maybe Archie reading Daniel’s poetry or Daniel introducing Archie to his friends/the queer scene. Also if you are down for porn, I know there are one or two takes on Archie’s first time bottoming out there but I always want more of that. And if you want to write some rape recovery, I have prompts in my Consent Issues letter!


• Fenella Carruth/Patricia Merton (England Series) - I am very into the idea of Fen and Pat running a bit of an investigative agency, and would love to see some casefic/art to that effect. I also loved Pat teaching Fen to shoot and would love to see more of them shooting together, and/or some gunkink porn. And I would love to see their perspectives on the events of Think of England! Also, their relationship allows for so many lovely moments of quiet intimacy and I would love to see them dressing/undressing each other, doing each other’s hair, etc.

• Hugh Barnaby/Max Isaacs (Green Men) -I was so intrigued by these two in the book, and I want so many more fanworks about them! I love their tragic noncon-experimentation past, and their friendship, and would love a gift set any time from the war to the book’s events and beyond. I would love to see them ending up seeking solace in each other during the war. I’d also love to see a post-war fanwork with them comforting each other through the bad episodes that the book alludes to. Pornwise, I would especially love to see something sexy involving their powers, especially as a reclamation of this thng that was forced on them.


• Randolph Glyde/Saul Lazenby (Green Men) - I want to see so much more of their life together after the book. I am especially interested in seeing takes on Saul learning more about his new role/abilities and this hidden world he’s fallen into. I’d also love to see some domesticity with these two, especially Saul being so happy that he can be open about himself and his relationship with Randolph when he’s at home. Hurt/comfort with one of them being injured in the line of duty is also amazing. I’d also love some fic/art further post-canon with Randolph and Saul recruiting apprentices to their current roles. Also, perhaps some accidental child adoption after they come across a (potentially supernatural) orphan or two?

Society of Gentlemen – KJ Charles

Characters/Ships

• David Cyprian & Silas Mason (Society of Gentlemen) - I loved what we saw of their friendship in the series and I want so much more! Playing backgammon together and talking, Silas’s staunch convictions vs Cyprian’s careful apoliticalness (and perhaps the two of them finding more ideological common ground than either of them expected). Perhaps one of them helping the other out of a sticky situation, or Silas grudgingly helping with one of David’s schemes.


• David Cyprian/Lord Maltravers (Society of Gentlemen) - The beating and Cyprian’s subsequent feelings of powerlessness in A Gentleman’s Position were a+ and also made me crave noncon/dubcon between Maltravers and Cyprian. Does Maltravers’ attack turn into rape? Does David have to seduce and/or have sex with Maltravers to sell the con? Bonus points for Cyprian hiding what happened from everyone


• David Cyprian/Richard Vane (Society of Gentlemen) - First off, if you have read Gilded Cage, I am so here for fic/art about the character details revealed there. Otherwise I just want more Cyprian/Richard! Visiting the Continent together, growing old together, maybe Richard trying to give David gifts and David not feeling quite comfortable receiving the kinds of expensive gifts Richard can afford to give him


• Dominic Frey/Silas Mason (Society of Gentlemen) -I love all of their canonical kinks and sex scenes, and any smut along those lines would make me very happy. I would also be very into Silas organizing a gangbang for Dom (feel free to cross over with other K.J. Charles books, with or without changing timelines to make them fit together, or bring in OCs). I’d also love to see them reading and discussing more books together, or talking about political events during or post-canon. If you’d like to write some Dom angst or hurt/comfort, I will direct you to my Nonconathon letter.


• Gabriel Ashleigh/Francis Webster (Society of Gentlemen) - I love these two, and am very sad we only got a novella that was exclusively about them. I love Ash’s golden-retriever-like personality and how it interacts with Francis’s more reserved demeanor, and I want to see all the fanworks about them! I know it’s been done in a few fics already, but I would especially love to see their reaction to Maltravers getting his hands on Ash’s letter, or the letter itself! I’d also love to see them traveling together/touring the Continent post-canon!


• Julius Norreys/Harry Vane (Society of Gentlemen) - Anything about them is lovely, really. I would love to see more about their trip to the Continent, or more struggles Harry might have reconciling his past with his current identity as nobility. I also read a great fic where they have a threesome and it left me wanting allllll the fanworks about them having threeways – with an OC or another character or whoever you’d like. The two of them exploring kinks together would also be delightful. Also, Harry committing Crimes Against Fashion and Julius’s subsequent exasperation.


• Will Quex/Jonathan Shakespeare (Society of Gentlemen) - They are my absolute fave side characters and I want to know so much more about them! How did they meet? How did they start Quex’s? What’s their POVs on the events of the series?


• Will Quex/Jonathan Shakespeare/Any Character(s) (Society of Gentlemen) – I really love that these two canonically have threesomes and I would love to see them together with a character/s of your choice (including OCs, crossover characters, or historical figures!) Will/Jonathan/Silas(/Dom) and Will/Jonathan/Cyprian as mentioned in the books are great, but seriously go wild with who you pick for the other character/s.

Stanton & Barling – EM Powell

Characters/Ships

• Aelred Barling/Hugo Stanton (Stanton & Barling) - I am so in love with these two and I want all the fic/art about them! More of them investigating murders together is very welcome, especially incorporating some details about how different the idea of justice in their time was from what we would consider justice. I’m really into either or both of them being anxious about the relationship, shown either through pining pre-relationship or doubts during the relationship. Barling only has one pretty horrible relationship, and that plus his internalized homophobia is an obvious recipe for angst. On the other side, I could see Stanton having plenty of experience with women but none with men, and being nervous about messing things up. I would also love hurt/comfort, especially with one of them injured on a case (I’d especially love to see Barling being uncharacteristically soft with an injured Stanton, or Stanton forcing an injured Barling to rest).

• Solo: Andy – I am so incredibly fascinated by how old Andy is. If we go by comics canon, she’s been alive for over six centuries! She has seen so many empires rise and fall! She was probably around when Proto-Indo-European was spoken! What does living that long do to someone? I also love her relationship with the other immortals (past and present) and love all possible Andy ships and friendships. And adjusting to being mortal again! (Or possibly a fanwork showing how she regains her immortality.)


• Solo: Booker – I love sad sack Booker and his relationship to his family and his status as the baby of the group (until Nile arrives). I can’t remember if this is movie canon or just comics, but him getting hanged for desertion and just left there resurrecting for days is so deliciously angsty and I’m here for any and all fanworks exploring that. And I’d be really into Booker having Strong Opinions about Napoleonic France, and expressing those in forum wars or strongly-worded letters to academics or something similar.


• Solo: James Copley – Copley’s grief is so compelling to me and I’d love fanworks focused on it. I am also really into his research into the immortals and I would love to see any insight into his research. I also really want to see him interacting with the immortals!


• Solo: Joe – I love Joe so much and I want to see everything about his life through the centuries! Also I would love to see him whumped, and then potentially comforted by Nicky and the team. Much like Booker, I would love to see him having Strong Opinions about medieval Middle Eastern scholarship, and whatever way you think he might express those opinions. Also Joe writing poetry! There are already some great fics with his poetry about Nicky being discovered but I always want more of that.


• Solo: Nicky – I am repeating myself a bit here, but Nicky having Strong Opinions about medieval Christianity and/or theology in general, and arguing with people online and/or academics about it. And literally any smut is great but I am especially fond of top!Nicky


• Solo: Nile Freeman – I love Nile as the outsider POV on this whole situation and I would really love to see her adjusting to life as an immortal. I’d also love to see what sort of ‘culture’ clashes could come up living with people who are centuries old, pre-canon works about her relationships with her friends/fellow soldiers, something about her meeting up with her family post-immortality (listen I know it didn’t go well for Booker but who says it won’t go better for Nile?), Nile learning new languages and fighting techniques and getting to travel the world.


• Solo: Quynh – we see so little of Quynh in the movie but she is so fascinating! I want to see her life prior to the ocean, or what she does when she gets free. There is so much to adjust to after 500 years have passed – I would love to see Quynh adjusting to modern technology, etc. Quynh rejoining the group is great, Quynh Trash Party where she tortures and/or noncons whichever characters you’d like is also great. Also Quynh finding out Andy is mortal! (Possibly by grievously wounding and/or killing her)


• Andy & Booker & Nile Freeman & Joe & Nicky – Team fanworks! Team fanworks! I just want everyone hanging out together or going on missions together or reminiscing about their past.

• Andy/Nile Freeman – Listen their first fight scene was like everything I want out of my femslash ships. I love the age/experience gap, but also that there might be some things Nile can show Andy about the modern world, or remind her about being mortal. Nile lovingly tending to Andy’s wounds is also great!


• Andy/Quynh – I want alllll the pre-canon works for these two. Two ancient warriors travelling the plains together is like, an amazing ship dynamic. I am also very into the language barrier, and would love to see them learning each other’s languages when they first meet. Exploring new lands together is also great, as is sex in the blood of their enemies.


• Andy/Nicky/Joe/Nile/Booker – I just want the whole team in a big tangled polyamorous relationship. Gangbangs, orgies, casual kisses after battles, different characters pairing up at different times, whichever direction you’d like to go!


• Andy/Nicky/Joe/Nile/Booker/Quynh – see above, but with Quynh added into the mix after she returns from the ocean. I’d love to see her readjusting to the world and to the new dynamics among the group now that there are two new members and she’s been gone for so long.

• Booker/James Copley – I would really love to see Booker and Copley growing close post-Booker’s exile, with Copley perhaps keeping an eye on him and that turning into something more. I would love to see them opening up about their grief to each other, or something about Booker angry with himself for caring about another mortal after how things with his family turned out


• Joe/Nicky/James Copley – listen, Copley has been spending a lot of time over the years carefully chronicling the lives of the immortals. Maybe he’s developed a crush. Maybe he spends late nights in front of his conspiracy board fantasizing about being the filling in a Joe and Nicky sandwich. Maybe his wishes come to fruition?


• Nile Freeman/Quynh – I realize they have literally never met but I am so into the potential here! I would love to see Quynh returning and her and Nile falling for each other (monogamous or a poly relationship with Andy are both welcome!) Nile helping Quynh learn how modern technology works and to adjust to life above water in general. Or in a completely different tack, Quynh coming out of the ocean as an evil mastermind and taking Nile captive – I love some good f/f dubcon or noncon, and I could see a dynamic where Quynh hates the rest of the group for abandoning her and continuing to take in new immortals, and takes and tortures Nile as revenge.

Does Nicky’s name come up in research on the Crusades? Or any of the characters reading and having Opinions on any academic publications, possibly through snarky annotations, would be delightful (I feel like Booker probably has a lot of opinions on Napoleon, for one).

(As for Erol’s canonical relationship, I’m good with infidelity, an open relationship, AUs where Erol doesn’t have a boyfriend, or just not mentioning Guido. Same for Kurt's relationships, although infidelity seems the most likely in his case.) Casefic/art/etc is always great!

• The Terror/Blake & Avery: I would love to see Blake and/or Avery meeting any of the cast of The Terror in London! Hickey does a crime they have to solve, Goodsir helps them examine a body, they have to hobnob with Franklin or Fitzjames or Crozier? Or perhaps Helen ends up friends with Sophia Cracroft (Helen comforting Sophia after the disappearance of the expedition would be delightful!)


• The Terror/Ravenous: Yes, the location don’t line up well at all. But I could not resist combining the two historical cannibalism canons I know! My first thought here was a Hickey & Ives team-up. Two amoral cannibals doing murders together – a match made in heaven, or perhaps hell. Some of the Terror cast on an expedition on the American West instead of in the Arctic would also be fun! For this particular combo, I would also enjoy a fusion, putting characters from Ravenous on the Erebus and Terror or characters from the Terror in the plot of Ravenous.


• The Magnus Archives/Blake & Avery: the impetus for this crossover came from a single line in The Devil’s Feast, in which it’s mentioned that the Reform Club is next to the Carlton Club, designed by Robert Smirke. This crossover is basically canon! Okay, perhaps not, but I would love to see Blake and Avery embroiled in Jonah Magnus and company’s lives. Perhaps a murder makes them cross paths, or something strange happens at the Carlton Club due to Smirke’s work and Blake and Avery end up investigating it by request of Alexis Soyer and/or Mattie.


• The Magnus Archives/Ravenous: Okay so Ives is clearly associated with the Slaughter (or perhaps the Flesh on account of the cannibalism?) And perhaps Boyd experienced the Slaughter himself during his time in the army? I’d love to see a statement fic placing Ives in the mythos of The Magnus Archives. The 19th century cast of TMA crossing paths with characters from Ravenous would also be great fun!


• Blake & Avery/Ravenous: My first thought here is Blake traveling to America post-Devil’s Feast and ending up either investigating or involved in the events of Ravenous. Feel free to send Avery along as well! I don’t have as many specific ideas but any way you smash these two sets of characters together would be a joy!

Group 2: The Man From U.N.C.L.E. (2015), England Series - K. J. Charles

• Man From UNCLE (2015)/England Series: I would be very interested in both crossovers where you move the Man from UNCLE characters back to the 1900s, or the England series characters forward to the 1960s, or just have them meet in the 1960s when the England series cast is older. I just really want to see these two groups of spies (or spy-adjacent characters in the case of Fen and Pat) meet! Maybe the UNCLE spies need to collaborate with Daniel and Archie, or they’re both trying to investigate and/or steal the same thing and end up in a game of spy vs spy. Maybe an English mission for UNCLE leads to them running into Pat and Fen, or perhaps Pat and Fen have also been recruiting as spies.

Group 3: Dublin Murder Squad Series - Tana French, The Magnus Archives (Podcast)

• Dublin Murder Squad series – Tana French/The Magnus Archives: My first thought here is a reimagining of one of the books that places the Dublin Murder Squad characters in contact with one of the Entities, or perhaps a new mystery. I love any and all of the DMS characters, so I have no preference for which set you pick! Maybe Cassie’s doppelganger is a botched attempt by the Stranger instead of her spoilery canon identity? Maybe the animal in the Spains’ walls is a manifestation of the Hunt? Maybe whatever made Rob’s friends disappear in the woods is connected to the Fears (and maybe he remains touched by it in a TMA-typical way)? Or, I’d love to see characters from the Archives meet any of the DMS detectives. Maybe Gertrude’s path crosses theirs while she’s tracking an Avatar or Ritual into Ireland, or maybe one of them meets Melanie in a "weirdass events at my job ruined my life" support group?

Group 4: Vienna Blood (TV), The Alienist (TV), The Magnus Archives (Podcast)

• Vienna Blood/The Alienist: These take place in roughly the same time and I so desperately want the characters to meet. My first thought is an exchange of letters between Max and Laszlo discussing some psychological theory or perhaps a particularly interesting killer one of the m has apprehended. It would also be delightful to see the two casts team up to solve a crime – I am open to any excuse you would like to use to get the Alienist team to Vienna or the Vienna Blood cast to New York. I’d love to see Max and Laszlo having a very animated discussion on their theories of psychology, or Oskar and John commiserating over their colleagues.


• Vienna Blood/The Magnus Archives: I would really love Max and Oskar coming into contact with one of the Fears, especially on a case. I feel like both of them would be really reluctant to admit something supernatural was happening, and it would be really fun to see their slow journey to acceptance. And Vienna Blood is in an awkward place too late to meet the Jonah Magnus gang (although of course Jonah is hanging around in some body or another) and too early to meet the main cast, but if you want to throw in some characters from TMA however you’d like to do it, I would definitely welcome it!


• The Alienist/The Magnus Archives: I feel like The Alienist is halfway to horror already, and the cast facing down a killer motivated by one of the Fears would be really fun! This is another one where I find the Alienist characters’ logic and reason to be really interesting when combined with supernatural happenings, and I’d love to see how Laszlo, Sara, or John (or the Isaacsons!) face down a supernatural threat. My first thought is a cult starting in NYC that’s tied to one of the Fears (maybe some murders/human sacrifices?) I’d also love to see an autopsy of a corpse that has some serious Fear-related anomalies (especially in art).

Group 5: England Series - K. J. Charles, Green Men Series - K. J. Charles, Rivers of London - Ben Aaronovitch, The Magnus Archives (Podcast)

• England series/Green Men series: I would really love to see Archie and Daniel, or Pat and Fen, interact with the magical world set up in the Green Men series, or Saul and Randolph, or the other characters, cross paths with some non-magical spies. It would be interesting to see how the department Daniel works for might interact with the magical bureaucracy we see in Green Men! You could set this during either book’s timeline, although I’d be especially excited to see how World War I changes Archie and Daniel. I could also see Daniel and Randolph hooking up sometime pre-both of their relationships (although I’m not sure if the ages would work out) or knowing each other through their respective queer social circles. I have fewer prompts for Pat and Fen meeting the Green Men gang, but I would still very much enjoy it! (Especially if Pat gets the opportunity to shoot something supernatural.)


• England series/Rivers of London: The timelines don’t line ups as well for this one, but I’m down for older England series characters meeting Nightingale, England series characters interacting with the magical system or magical creatures and/or genius locii set up in Rivers of London, time travel, or AUs taking Archie/Daniel or Pat/Fen to the present or Nightingale and Peter to the turn of the century. I’d love a spy mission, shooting competition, house party, etc. that somehow intersects with the demimonde, or perhaps Nightingale meeting the England characters through gay clubs/social gatherings


• England Series/The Magnus Archives: I would so love to see either of the main couples face down an eldritch terror! Maybe Archie and Daniel cross paths with one of the Fears through their work, or Pat and Fen notice something strange happening to one of their friends. If you want to bring the characters a little bit into the future, we do see some World War I material in The Magnus Archives that it could be fun to throw the England characters into!


• Green Men series/The Magnus Archives: The folk horror world of Green Men seems like it could mesh well with the worldbuilding of The Magnus Archives. Was de Mandeville an Avatar? Was the government experimenting with harnessing the Fears for warfare instead of/in addition to what they pulled with magic? Are the Glydes a family like the Lucases with a legacy of serving one of the Fears? Did Barnie and Max’s tentacles from from a Fear?


• Rivers of London/The Magnus Archives: I find it so interesting to see how these two different worlds could mesh. My first thought is the Folly liaising with the Institute for some reason. Or perhaps Julia and Trevor run into Peter and Nightingale while hunting vampires! I could also see the Faceless Man serving one of the Fears – my first thoughts are the Stranger or the Flesh, but I’m not married to any particular one if you have something different in mind! Also, any of the characters from the Archives meeting Peter and Nightingale and having a "shit, magic is real?!?" moment.


• Rivers of London/Green Men: Listen I just want to see these two sets of wizards interact. I’m down for older Green Men series characters meeting Nightingale, Green Men series characters interacting with the magical system or magical creatures and/or genius locii set up in Rivers of London, time travel, or AUs taking the Green Men cast to the present or Nightingale and Peter to interwar London. We don’t see a ton of Green Men-style magic, but it seems like it could slot right into Rivers of London worldbuilding. I’m especially interested, if you go the worldbuilding route, to see how the ritual Randolph endured would mesh with Rivers of London magic (and/or what Nightingale and Peter would think of it), or how the magical rift caused by World War I would impact the worldbuilding of Rivers of London

Group 6: The Magnificent Seven (2016), DC's Legends of Tomorrow (TV), Timeless (TV 2016)

• Magnificent Seven/Legends of Tomorrow, Magnificent Seven/Timeless: I would just really love to see either of my time travel canons end up in Rose Creek. Maybe Bogue is connected to Rittenhouse or one of the various Legends of Tomorrow villains, and the team has to assist the Seven in taking him down? Maybe they meet one of the Mag 7 characters pre-canon or the survivors (or the whole team in an everyone-lives AU) postcanon during a mission? Maybe Sara hooks up with Emma?


• Legends of Tomorrow/Timeless: It would be so much fun to see two time-traveling teams collide during a mission, especially if they are both trying to hide from the other cast that they’re time travelers. I’d also love to see how you think the Legends of Tomorrow worldbuilding and Timeless worldbuilding would intersect! Do the Legends know about Rittenhouse? Is Rittenhouse in league with demons or supervillains? Do the two shows actually take place in separate universes and the Legends cross over to the Timeless universe for some reason?

Hannibal (TV), Killing Eve (TV 2018), The Magnus Archives (Podcast)

• Hannibal/Killing Eve: Despite the similarities in the canons, Hannibal and Villanelle are complete opposites, and I’d love to see them interact. I feel like they would loathe each other – Villanelle is incredibly rude (thinks Hannibal), and Hannibal is a stick in the mud (thinks Villanelle). Or I’d love to see them admiring and/or examining each other’s kills and trying to figure out who the other is! And Will and Eve interacting could also be great fun – a support group for normal people who have fallen in love with assassins, haha.


• Hannibal/The Magnus Archives: Hannibal seems like a great fit for an Avatar, or someone otherwise connected with the Fears. The surreal and artistic horror/gore on the show lends itself well to a crossover with The Magnus Archives, I think. My first thought for Hannibal is the Flesh, but feel free to go in another direction if you’d like! Mason Verger feels very Flesh-y too, and it would be funny if they were two opposed servants of the Flesh. Any of the killers of the week could be paired to different Fears either, or an OC killer. I’d also love to see Will interacting with some cosmic horror, because of course we need to torture him even more than canon already does! And with the procedural elements in canon, I’d love to see any of the characters interact with the Institute in a professional capacity, or you could have them meet any of the TMA cast in another way.


• Killing Eve/The Magnus Archives: Villanelle lends herself less obviously to any Fear in my opinion, but I’d still love to see her as an Avatar. My first thought is that her chaos might lend itself to the Spiral, or her personality seems well-suited to the Slaughter, but go wild! I’d also love to see Villanelle and/or Eve come across one of the Fears during the course of canon, or perhaps Eve’s investigation comes into contact with the Institute for some reason.

Band Sinister - K. J. Charles, Society of Gentlemen - K. J. Charles, DC's Legends of Tomorrow (TV)

• Band Sinister/Society of Gentlemen: The Murder and the Ricardians are such opposites, I would absolutely love to see them interact. Maybe the Ricardians get invited to a Murder party for Reasons, or their paths cross due to blackmail or politics or another canon-typical plotline? (I have read the one crossover that exists on AO3, and it is lovely, and I want 10 million more.) You can ignore the timelines to have both canons take place at the same time if you like, or keep canon timelines in place. I’d love to see Silas (and perhaps Dom) getting to talk politics with the Murder. I feel like Richard would absolutely loathe the Murder, and I’d love to see him coming to an understanding with them (or not!) Harry seems like he would have a great time at a Murder party, although I’m not sure Julius would, haha! I also have a deep desire for Dom to get gangbanged by the Murder, if you want to do something porny.


• Band Sinister/Legends of Tomorrow, Society of Gentlemen/Legends of Tomorrow: I would love to see the Legends have to infiltrate either group as part of a mission. Maybe one of the KJ Charles characters finds an artifact that the Legends have to retrieve (perhaps Silas comes across an enchanted book, or Harry and Sheridan find something they shouldn’t have on a dig), or a villain tries to get in good with either group for some reason. Any of the Legends having to go undercover as a couple and/or undercover as gay to get in the door would be really fun!

• Dark Fantasy: I would love any dark fantasy takes on these two, really. I am fond of blood magic, and if you want to do something explicit, blood magic crossing the line into bloodplay is very hot! I also really love darker fairy stories, whether you go with the traditional fantasy tropes about the Fae or something a bit more unorthodox. This ship seems like especially fertile ground for something to do with changelings – Cosette as the human child stolen by the Thenardiers, or Eponine as the unfortunate fairy left with the Thenardiers as Valjean steals Cosette away to Fairyland, and them meeting again at some point?


• Gothic Horror: Something with one of the two as an innocent (or not so innocent) governess sent to a sinister mansion could be very fun! I could see either the Thenardiers or Valjean as a Gothic villain. Or one of the characters as a ghost haunting the other! Or perhaps Cosette is set to marry Marius (or already has), only to find out that he has several dark secrets, including a wife locked in his attic...


• Paranormal Horror: My first thought here is Eponine haunting Cosette, but the two of them together being haunted by any other dead character from canon or an Original Ghost Character would also be very fun! Or perhaps Cosette being haunted by an entity that looks and acts like her mother, but turns out to be something malevolent. Cosette and Eponine as ghost-hunters or ghost-fighters in 19th century Paris would be great too!


• Psychological Horror: I would love to see Eponine pulling a Single White Female on Cosette, especially if you keep it set in 1830s France. Or an Eponine-lives AU where Cosette nurses Eponine back to health, but Eponine slowly realizes that Cosette is keeping her imprisoned. I am also very open to antagonists who aren’t part of the ship, I just don’t have any prompts for them! If you have other ideas please feel free to run with them


• Religious Horror: My first thought when seeing this subgenre was that given Cosette’s convent school upbringing and her general innocence in the book, it would be really fun to see her get possessed. Especially if you play with the possession bringing out her own darker desires (e.g. an "impure" attraction to Eponine?) Or perhaps Eponine and/or Cosette as badass demon hunters (especially if you keep the fanwork canon-era!)

Or just more fighting magical monsters and warlocks post-canon!


• Folk Horror: I would so love to see any of my ships coming across a strange town post-canon and finding themselves facing down a cult. For general premises, I could see Lucien and Stephen ending up somewhere on their post-canon vacation, or Ned and Crispin having to investigate something and getting in over their heads. Or perhaps an AU where the town Jonah and Ben settle in during Jackdaw is much more sinister...I would really love to see how the classic folk horror tropes would mesh with magical protagonists, and what kind of groups might arise in the Charm of Magpies world. Maybe an isolated village unaware of the larger magical community, possibly sacrificing outsiders or doing blood or bone magic?


• Killer Horror: So we’ve already got a taste of some of the ships tracking down murderers, but I would love to see any of them caught in a cat-and-mouse game with a magical killer. I would especially love if the killer has some new and/or unusual form of magic, I loved the unusual practitioners we saw in the series. The magical characters having to interact with non-magical law enforcement is also very fun! And I am always a fan of a climax involving one of the protagonists being kidnapped by the killer.


• Monster Horror: I really just want to see what kind of magical monster/s my requested ships could end up fighting! The fight at the climax of Rag and Bone was so much fun, and I would love any of my ships tracking down and fighting another monster. Drawing from folklore would be especially fun, especially something Stephen and Lucien could come across while abroad.


• Paranormal Horror: Ghosts!! Given the appearance of Crane’s brother and the warlock from Rag and Bone, there’s precedent for ghosts in canon, and I would love to see a fanwork that runs with that (or like, art of Crane’s headless brother is very welcome, I love a good creepy ghost). Perhaps Crane and Stephen stay in what turns out to be a haunted house post-canon, or a curse is awoken in London or the Cornish countryside. I love paranormal horror that gets into the lore behind the ghost, who they used to be and what’s keeping them from passing on and/or what’s making them attack the protagonist.

• Body Horror: This is an obvious choice for Barnie and Max. I would love all manners of fanworks about them, from the initial acquisition of the tentacles (and feel free to go medical horror here), to how it feels to use them, to the struggle to keep them under control during nightmares or when they get mad, to art of what the tentacles actually look like. And for Randolph and Saul, if you’ve read The Secret Casebook of Simon Feximal, we see that magic in this universe sometimes comes along with body modifications, and I’d love to see either or both of them finding themselves needing to undergo a...change to further their work. Saul is connected to Camlet Moat, perhaps that connection starts to change him in unexpected ways. Or maybe there’s another ritual that Glyde has to undergo to uphold his position, with even worse effects than the scars the last one left him with


• Dark Fantasy: The book really falls into this category already, and I would love more along the magic and fight scenes we see in canon! I love the folkloric aspects of the book, and would love to see more along those lines. Feel free to pick your favorite extant folklore, or just make something up!


• Folk Horror: This is another one that’s pretty much canon. I’d love to see either ship face down another group meddling with dark forces, or coming across a sinister town during the course of an investigation or just accidentally. Or maybe one of them is targeted as a potent human sacrifice!


• Killer Horror: I would so love to see either ship tracking down a serial killer, perhaps someone sacrificing people for magical purposes or using magic to do the killing. I am always a fan of a climax involving one of the protagonists being kidnapped by the killer. Them having to interact with mundane law enforcement and/or the government would also be delightful – perhaps one of them falls under suspicion for the murders, or the killer is intentionally framing them.


• Paranormal Horror: Ghosts!! I love everything related to ghosts, so really you can’t go wrong here. I love paranormal horror that gets into the lore behind the ghost, who they used to be and what’s keeping them from passing on and/or what’s making them attack the protagonist. One of the characters getting possessed would also be really fun. And with the book having cases of previously-mythical "paranormal" events coming to life since the destruction of the veil, one thought I had was the character having to face down the return of Spring-Heeled Jack (this could overlap with Killer Horror). I’m also fond of hitchhiking ghosts – perhaps one of them picks up a ghost who ends up following them home and making their life hell.

Or an investigation takes Susan to a small village with something to hide? Or a jewel heist goes sideways. Just put the characters somewhere creepy and get weird with it and I will love it!


• Gothic Horror: So it was Alec’s backstory that made me request this – isolated manor, mysterious deaths, killers on the loose...it just screams for a gothic horror take. You’re welcome to add some ghosts or other creepy elements if you would like! And if you’d prefer something not covered by canon, I could totally see Susan going undercover as a governess somewhere (perhaps after the previous one mysteriously disappeared) and finding herself in the midst of a horror story. Or anywhere else you would like to go with this genre!


• Killer Horror: Listen I just really love characters being pitted against killers. Perhaps someone from the Lilywhite Boys’ past comes back to haunt them, killing off people involved in the criminal underworld, and they have to investigate to avoid being killed themselves. Or maybe Susan finds herself on the trail of a killer. I am always a fan of a climax involving one of the protagonists being kidnapped by the killer!


• Paranormal Horror: Ghosts!! Perhaps Crozier or Lane steal some jewelry that turns out to be haunted. I’d love to see one of them putting on a piece of jewelry, or giving it to their respective love interests, and through that getting possessed by a ghost. I’d also love to see Susan come across a ghost during an investigation. Or for Alec, his backstory and the plot of Any Old Diamonds lends itself very well to some vengeful ghosts (perhaps the deaths at the end are caused by paranormal activity rather than Alec’s dad? Perhaps Alec coming back to his home awakens some spirits?)

• Paranormal Horror: I would love to see Justin, after a whole life faking paranormal phenomena, come face-to-face with an actual ghost. Or alternatively, Justin has always been able to see ghosts – perhaps he engineers his seances to keep real spirits as far away as possible, or perhaps on occasion ghosts actually show up. If you go for actually-psychic Justin, I love paranormal powers that take a lot out of the people who have them, and would love to see channeling/talking to spirits causing Justin physical pain. In addition, you know the sex game where Justin pretends to be possessed? I would so love for either of them to actually get possessed by a ghost and rape the other. In addition to or instead of any of this, I would love to see an evil spirit masquerading as Tony, or a twisted-by-death-or-paranormal-forces-or-something Actual Tony menacing Nathaniel.

• Body Horror: If you want to just go with "more of canon", I would be thrilled! I love the weird serum effects and horrible experiments we see in canon, and would love any fanworks expanding on them. For something outside of what canon already covers, I’d love to see more of Chloe interacting with her aunt, or perhaps post-canon Jacob discovers that his brief time imprisoned has left him with some...unusual side effects.


• Folk Horror: My first thought here was a genre swap, with a more folk horror take on the town and on the Nazis’ goals. The creeping horror of the soldiers realizing something is wrong here, more wrong than a typical occupation, would suit folk horror very well, I think. I’d love to see Wafner wanting any of my requested characters as a sacrifice, and perhaps a dark god (real or imagined) that the Nazis are trying to awaken.


• Monster Horror: I requested this thinking of the zombies, so more combat like in the movie would be great! But characters running across other monsters is also very welcome. Perhaps post-war when Boyce returns home, there is a loup-garou lurking in the bayous, or they end up fighting another monster on the battlefields before the war ends. I’d also love to see Chloe fighting any sort of monsters you’d like to throw at her, in an AU or as part of something pre-canon (listen, shallowly, Chloe wielding a flamethrower was very hot and I would like more along those lines)


• Paranormal Horror: I am requesting this for basically every fandom because I just love ghosts so much! It would be fun if the Nazis were trying to harness ghosts instead of making a superserum – you could use the crypt to great effect here, I think, and I would love to see ghosts from all eras attacking any of my requested characters/ships. Being haunted by the ghosts of characters who die in canon would also be super fun – perhaps one of the soldiers kept a memento from Ford or Chase, and their tortured spirit is attached to it? Or Wafner follows them out of the village, which could be absolutely terrifying.


• Violent Horror: I’m mostly requesting this because I loved the violence in canon and would love to see more of it! I would be especially into any of the characters losing a limb (and possibly adjusting to that after the war ends, although that’s getting out of the horror genre a bit). Broken bones (especially compound fractures) are also super great! But honestly go wild and I will love it!
